Financial Assistance

Black River Health believes everyone should have access to quality health care. That is why no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

Our financial assistance program helps low-income, uninsured, or under-insured patients who need help paying for all or part of their medical care. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Financial Assistance Options

Our Patient Financial Advocates are available to assist patients with billing information and concerns including: 

• • Providing information on eligibility and applying for BadgerCare+.

  • Setting up a payment plan (all payment plans must be approved by a Patient Financial Advocate).
