Emily is attending Des Moines University \u2013 College of Health Sciences for Doctor of Physical Therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A $1,000 technical college scholarship was awarded to Brianna O\u2019Brien, Black River Falls. Brianna will attend Chippewa Valley Technical College for nursing and diagnostic medical sonography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The $1,000 Mary Larkin Memorial scholarship was awarded to Haylee Jones, Alma Center. Haylee will attend the University of Minnesota enrolling in nursing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The volunteers also awarded a $1,000 scholarship to a student who has served as a Volunteen for BRH. This year\u2019s recipient is Reese Cowley, Black River Falls. He will attend University of Wisconsin &#8211; Madison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s scholarship selection committee was comprised of a community health care employee, three Black River Health volunteers with varied scholarship selection backgrounds, and a high school guidance counselor.
