Centennial Real Estate
Our Team

Amy Tait – Broker/Owner
Amy Tait came to Leadville in 2001. She has been in real estate since 2003 and purchased Centennial Real Estate in 2020. She is proud to have been voted Leadville’s Favorite Real Estate Agent for five of the past six years. Real estate has opened so many doors (pun intended) and has allowed the Taits to fulfill their dream of living in the mountains, raising a daughter, and having a quality of life that is more than they could have ever imagined. Amy has felt a deep need to give back to the community that has fostered such joy and adventure. So, volunteering for many different organizations over the years has been a regular part of each year spent in Lake County. Currently, her passion is helping the Tabor Opera House with its preservation efforts as the President of the board. She also enjoys fly tying, fly fishing, hiking, camping, trivia, and telling stories about Leadville history to anyone who will listen.

Carol Glenn – Broker/Associate
Carol “No, I Haven’t Retired” Glenn moved to Leadville in 1975. She has remained active in the local housing market since then. Look for her at the Lion’s Club beer tent during Boom Days or with her husband Mark in the parades and on the train as Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Carol sold Centennial Real Estate in 2020 but she can still be found in the office daily helping her loyal buyers and sellers whom she’s come to know well throughout the decades. When she’s not working, she enjoys time with her family, volunteer activities and cultivating her green thumb.

Jennifer Mack – Broker/Associate
Jen Mack moved to Colorado in 1981. She was a State Champion ski racer and graduated from The University of Colorado Boulder. Jen received her first real estate license in 1999. She has many testimonials from satisfied buyers and sellers from over the years. Today she enjoys family time, hiking, biking, skiing and playing guitar. Jen loves Leadville and being part of The Centennial Real Estate team.

Peter Schnarsky – Broker/Associate – Buyer Specialist
Peter Schnarsky, the latest addition to our team, grew up in Wisconsin but always knew he wanted to live in the mountains. He made that dream a reality in 2008 when he moved to Colorado. Peter spent many years in Summit County working in the restaurant industry and skiing as much as possible and eventually found himself managing the world-class terrain park department at Copper Mountain. In 2021, Peter and his wife found their true home in Leadville, falling in love with its historic charm, the beautiful real estate that defines the area, and the endless opportunities for outdoor recreation. Let Peter help you find your perfect mountain home!
