SSRCH welcomes Andrea Hollingsworth, Ph.D.,<\/strong>\u00a0a global expert in compassionate leadership and radical self-compassion. With a background in both science and spirituality, Andrea has been researching and speaking on human emotions and relationships since 2008. She has taught at institutions like Princeton and Loyola University Chicago, and spoken at international venues including Cambridge and Heidelberg.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her book,\u00a0<\/span>The Compassion Advantage<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>(August 2024), offers practical tools for building more human-centered workplaces. Andrea lives in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where she continues to inspire leaders and teams to lead with care and resilience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
